Automatic FTP Detection
We track your 20-minute max power over a rolling 90-day window and apply the 0.95 multiplier. If your fitness shifts, your FTP adjusts — no manual testing required.
Power Duration Curve
See your max power at any duration from 5 seconds to 4 hours. Outliers are filtered using IQR — your real fitness, not a fluke spike.
Heat Strain Index
For riders with a core body temperature sensor, JoyOne combines thermal data with intensity to flag dangerous heat stress before it becomes a problem.
Export to JoyTravel
